Makeup of the Day #MOTD - Retro Glam

For today's makeup of the day, I tried to go for a retro-glam look with soft metallic greys on thinly lined eyes and a nice red lip. I tried to keep the face as natural as possible without looking too washed out - so there's a tiny splash of colour there. Below are the products I used:

Base:

Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation in 4.5 (used with Real Techniques Buffing Brush)

Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer in 2 Light

Eyes:

Maybelline Colour Tattoo in 05 Too Cool (as a base)

Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette (the shade Verve for the lid and Pistol for the crease and along the lower lash line)

Sephora Long Lasting Liquid Liner in 2 Brown

Benefit They're Real Mascara

Cheeks:

Jouer Mattifying Bronzer in Sunswept (used with MAC 163 Contour Brush)

Nars Orgasm Blush (used with Real Techniques Contour Brush)

Lips:

Rimmel Kate Moss Lasting Finish Lipstick in 10

Revlon Lip Butter in Cherry Tart (just a touch, then dabbed it with my fingers to mattify)

Set makeup with Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder in Luminous Light.
